FC 3082 MOBADRIVE 3-channel Frequency Control

The FC 3082 is a powerful 3-channel Frequency Control for complex, multi-lane feeding systems. It combines automatic resonance frequency detection, integrated level and blockage monitoring, and a modern web interface for maximum efficiency, easy operation, and precise process control. Ideal for demanding applications in industrial automation.

In addition to three independently adjustable vibration outputs, the control unit features two additional control outputs for driving external frequency converters. This allows up to two conveyor belts to be integrated directly into the feeding system – without additional control units. This combination makes the FC 3082 a particularly compact and powerful system solution for demanding applications in industrial automation.

The FC 3082 was specifically developed for multi-lane feeding systems. Three independently adjustable vibration outputs enable precise control of complex conveying processes.

Automated detection of the mechanical and electrical resonance frequency significantly reduces commissioning effort and permanently optimizes energy consumption and feed rate. This achieves maximum cost-efficiency during operation. Additionally, the integrated control of up to two external frequency converters allows for the integration of conveyor belts. Vibratory feeders and belt conveyors can thus be coordinated centrally – compact, synchronized, and system-efficient.

The intuitive web interface allows for seamless configuration, parameterization, and monitoring via the browser. During commissioning, the control unit can be operated autonomously as a master; in production, integration occurs via industrial bus interfaces as a slave in higher-level systems.

Resonance frequency detection & control

The control unit identifies mechanical and electrical resonance frequencies independently and without an additional acceleration sensor – saving time during commissioning and optimizing feed rate and energy efficiency.

Additional control of up to two conveyor belts

Two integrated control outputs enable the direct connection of external frequency converters. This allows up to two belt conveyors to be integrated into the system without additional control units.

Intuitive web interface (web GUI)

User-friendly setup, configuration, and monitoring via the browser. Ideal for quick access and easy operation with full control for system administrators.
