The SE602 is a robust vibration controller for industrial feeding systems that operate in continuous operation or are controlled by a higher-level PLC. It is suitable for electromagnetic spiral and linear feeders as well as vibratory hoppers without integrated sensor control.

The vibration frequency can be selected between 3,000 or 6,000 vibrations per minute at 50 Hz and 3,600 or 7,200 vibrations per minute at 60 Hz. This allows the controller to be optimally adapted to the respective vibrator design. The feed rate is infinitely adjustable.

Integrated mains voltage compensation ensures constant feed conditions even in the event of voltage fluctuations. In addition, the vibrator’s maximum current draw can be set (0.3–6 A), ensuring reliable protection of the magnet coils. The adjustable soft start reduces mechanical loads during start-up.

Via the INTERFACE interface, the SE602 can be connected to other SE6XX controllers or integrated into a higher-level PLC system. This makes it ideal for structured, modular feeding systems.
