The SE606 is a phase-angle control for electromagnetic vibratory hoppers with sensor monitoring and optional cyclic operation.
SE606 Schmocker phase-angle control
The SE606 was specifically developed for controlling electromagnetic vibratory hoppers where the fill level is sensor-monitored. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring a controlled, cyclic material feed.
The vibration frequency is selectable between 3,000 or 6,000 vibrations per minute at 50 Hz and 3,600 or 7,200 vibrations per minute at 60 Hz. The feed rate is continuously adjustable and can be adapted to the respective hopper characteristics.
A special feature of the SE606 is the integrated cyclic operation. Pulse and pause durations are separately adjustable, allowing the feed rate to be precisely metered for sensitive applications. This is particularly advantageous for vibratory hoppers with a high base feed rate.
The control features an integrated 24 VDC sensor supply and supports PNP, NPN, and NAMUR sensors. Switch-on and switch-off delays are adjustable. Via the interface, the SE606 can be cascaded with other SE6XX controls or connected to a PLC.
