The SE611 is a variable frequency control for industrial feeding systems. It enables precise control of electromagnetic bowl vibrators, linear feeders, and vibratory hoppers and is particularly suitable for applications with sensor-controlled level or jam monitoring.
The vibration frequency is freely adjustable in the range of 20.0 to 159.9 Hz. This allows the control to be precisely adapted to the optimal operating and resonance frequency of the respective vibrator. The result is stable feeding processes, reduced current consumption, and high energy efficiency.
The feed rate is infinitely variable. The SE611 automatically compensates for mains voltage fluctuations, ensuring constant process conditions. An adjustable soft start (0.1–1 s) reduces mechanical stress during startup.
The control features an integrated 24 VDC sensor supply and supports PNP, NPN, and NAMUR sensors. Switch-on and switch-off delays are separately adjustable and, thanks to the quartz time base, are independent of mains frequency and temperature.
A 24 V AIR output enables control of a valve. Via the INTERFACE connection, the SE611 can be cascaded with additional SE6XX controls or integrated into a higher-level PLC system. Additionally, operating and sensor states are provided for further processing.
Electronic current monitoring (max. 4 A) and integrated temperature monitoring reliably protect the vibrator and control from overload.
