The SE612 is a variable-frequency controller for electromagnetic bowl vibrators, linear feeders, and vibratory hoppers. It is particularly suitable for continuous-operation applications or systems where monitoring is handled by a higher-level PLC.

The vibration frequency can be freely set within the range of 20.0 to 159.9 Hz. This allows the vibrator’s optimum operating frequency to be set precisely to achieve a stable feed rate while reducing current draw.

The feed rate is infinitely adjustable. Integrated mains voltage compensation ensures constant feed conditions even with fluctuating supply voltage. The adjustable soft start (0.1–1 s) reduces mechanical stress during switch-on.

The SE612 features electronic current monitoring (max. 4 A) with automatic power reduction in the event of overload, as well as integrated temperature monitoring with automatic shutdown and restart after cooling.

Via the INTERFACE port, the SE612 can be connected to additional SE6XX controllers or integrated into a PLC system.
