SE621 Schmocker motor controller

The SE621 is a motor controller for single-phase capacitor motors with sensor monitoring and interface connection.

The SE621 was developed for industrial feeding systems in which conveyors or hoppers are driven by a single-phase AC motor (capacitor motor). It ensures safe switching of the motor in sensor-controlled applications.

The controller enables a soft start, reducing mechanical stress and increasing the service life of the drive system. The output voltage corresponds to the mains voltage (minus a small voltage difference); the motor current is fused up to max. 6 A.

The SE621 features an integrated 24 VDC sensor supply and supports PNP, NPN, and NAMUR sensors. Switch-on and switch-off delays are adjustable separately (0–15 s) and allow precise control of conveying processes.

An additional AIR output (24 VDC) enables control of a valve, for example for blow-off or overrun compensation. Via the INTERFACE interface, the SE621 can be connected to other SE6XX controllers or integrated into a higher-level PLC system.

The SE621 is robustly built and designed for continuous industrial operation.
