The SE702 is a digital phase-angle control with LC display for electromagnetic vibrators or 1-phase capacitor motors with external PLC connection.
SE702 Schmocker phase-angle control
The SE702 is an easily configurable controller for mains-operated feeding systems. It is used to control electromagnetic bowl and linear feeders as well as vibratory hoppers or for switching 1-phase capacitor motors. The feeding process is monitored via a higher-level controller (PLC).
All settings are made via a backlit LC display. Parameters can be protected by access codes. Individual parameter sets can be stored and retrieved for up to ten different feeders.
In vibrator mode, the vibration frequency is selectable between 3,000 or 6,000 vibrations/minute at 50 Hz and 3,600 or 7,200 vibrations/minute at 60 Hz. The feed rate is continuously regulated via the output voltage. Mains voltage fluctuations are reliably compensated.
The maximum permissible current consumption (0.1–6 A) is programmable and electronically monitored. The vibrator’s soft start is adjustable (0.1–2.5 s), while shutdown is instantaneous. Optional cyclic operation allows separate setting of pulse and pause durations for vibratory or motor-driven hoppers.
The SE702 can be connected to other SE6XX/7XX controllers or integrated into a PLC architecture via the INTERFACE connections.
